Jonsen Medium-thick metal parts de-slagging and edge rounding machine

1.Applications:
The machine is capable of efficient de-slagging and edge rounding of medium-thick metal parts after oxy-fuel, plasma, or high power laser cutting processes.
The first work station is equipped with zig-zag patterned hammer type de-slagging disk station (D) for knocking out the heavy slags. 2nd work station is equipped with horizontally arranged crossbelt station for final edge rounding and surface smoothening.
The advantages are significant that the machine has low cost on consumables, creates minimum noise and metal dust during the production. The operation is very straightforward and user friendly. With such 2 work station configuration, the machine can achieve the optimal performance on de-slagging. It is a perfect solution to release manual labor from tedious de-slagging work!

6.Internal structure diagram:
6.1The first station: the steel ball end face brushing station (to the large hanging slag)
6.2The second station: abrasive belt station (removing inner hole and edge horn burr, blade blunt, slightly inverted R angle)
7.Equipment working conditions hold various performance and processing accuracy.
7.1The equipment should work stably for a long time under the following working conditions, and maintain continuous performance for 24 hours and maintain various performances and processing accuracy;

9.Price term is under FOB SHANGHAI TERM
Payment: 30% down payment, balance paid before shipment.
