Audited Supplier SGP1000 is equipped with two work stations. First the wide abrasive belt head is for surface sanding, vertical burr sand off, as well as surface finishing (No.4). The planetary abrasive barrel station is for further deburring and edge rounding. The overall operation is safe, light labour intensity, and minimum metal dust exposure to the operators. Full working width vacuum conveyor also grants the capability of processing small work pieces.

1.Heavily constructed machine main frame: welded, sand blasted, and powder coated
